Increasing support for the schools and organizations that serve our community
Biz4Ed Foundation exists to strengthen communities by increasing financial support for K–12 schools and eligible charitable organizations. We do this through local business givebacks, philanthropic partnerships, and matching-fund initiatives. When communities work together, everyone benefits.
Who We Are
A registered nonprofit charity
Biz4Ed Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity, EIN 42-3346063.
When a local business gives back through the program, 100% of that designated giveback goes to the school or nonprofit the supporter chose. Separate gifts from philanthropic partners help pay for the Foundation’s work and create matching support for Title I schools.
Biz4Ed and Biz4Ed Foundation
Two separate organizations with different jobs
The names are similar, but they are not the same organization.
Biz4Ed is a separate for-profit company. It runs the local business network that connects businesses with schools, families, and eligible nonprofits.
Biz4Ed Foundation is a separate nonprofit with its own charitable purpose, and it operates independently. The Foundation handles the charitable side: it collects and distributes designated givebacks to schools and nonprofits, and it builds the philanthropic partnerships that add to their impact.
